1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- The item must not be a final sale, custom-made, or personalized product (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
- Ship the Item – Securely package the item and send it to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing – Once received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds Process
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria, we may refuse the refund or charge a restocking fee of up to 15%.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
